CONFINED SPACE ENTRY AND GAS TESTING TRAINING

Designed for any individual that is required to work in an area whereby virtue of the area’s design, it is not intended to support human occupancy. This course gives the attendee a working knowledge of the government regulations and requirements to ensure that a confined space is safe for worker entry. It provides general practical experience in the use of gas detection equipment, as well as selection and usage of respiratory protection equipment. It is advised that learners already hold the General Knowledge of Confined Space Activities and areas which are having confined space hazardous.

ASSESSMENT

This qualification is assessed by a multiple-choice examination, containing 30 questions. The exam must be completed in 1/2 hour. Successful learners will have to demonstrate knowledge across the unit content and correctly answer 18 questions or more to achieve a pass.
